The Role

Our Copenhagen Finance team is hiring for a dedicated Junior PMO with a focus on Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will ensure that Valtech Denmark's daily operations run smoothly: invoices to customers are sent & receipts and payments are collected on time.

As a Junior PMO at Valtech, you will work in close collaboration with our PMO Manager, in a role where your main responsibilities will include: 

/ Generating invoices & account statements, creating refunds & receivables

/ Managing receipts from clients and collecting on accounts receivables

/ Make sure that customers are paying invoices on time: this may require email and phone communication, both in English and Danish

/ Tracking and updating projects in NetSuite OpenAir

/ Running and producing monthly financial reports

Who are you?

We are open to two kinds of application for this role. You should identify as either:

• A detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, with a strong interest in finance and accounting and an eagerness to learn, take on a new challenge and become a Junior PMO at Valtech
  
  OR
  
  
• A Junior PMO or Accounting Assistant, with some existing experience or background in finance and accounting, who is looking to continue their career.
  

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualities:

/ Strong communication skills, both in English and Danish, as you will be interacting with our customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis

/ An outgoing personality and interest in working in a diverse and multicultural environment

/ Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge or experience with NetSuite Oracle and/or OpenAir would be advantageous but not required

/ Any experience or educational background in finance and/or accounting would be considered a plus

Location and language requirements 

For this role, we are open to hear from candidates who are already based in Denmark or the Øresund area, and are able to work regularly from our Copenhagen office.
