You will be in a split role between leading a team of 8 consultants and working out client projects yourself. On one side you have the responsibility for the people side of your team, including daily thrive, personal development, 1:1’s, professional guidance, and assisting our recruitment team in new hires. On the other side, you will be involved in client work on the hands-on side from an Analytics Perspective or from a more Digital Strategy perspective – it depends on your background.
You will collaborate directly with our top clients and when relevant also lead client teams you will be working in a cross-functional environment here at Valtech together with other team leads, management consultants, technology experts, and other data analysts. Your goal is, together with the rest of the team to ensure that the clients are getting the full potential from their digital channels. Furthermore, to keep your team happy, professionally challenged, and constantly developing.
Some of your daily responsibilities are:
- Leading a team of 8 skilled consultants locally
- Helping clients to build an optimization and digital analytics culture in their organization
- Act as a sparring partner for clients, identifying commercial opportunities that can be supported and optimized across their digital touchpoints.
- Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience
You should expect 40% of your time spent on leading the team and 60% on client work.
The position is full-time and is physically located in Stockholm Sweden. It will be an "office-first" position with great possibilities to work from home parts of the week.
Who are you?
We believe that you have experience working with Digital Analytics & E-commerce along with experience in managing people. It is important for us that management drives you, and that working with the development of people motivates you.
On top, you know what it takes to be successful when working with optimization and you have a natural commercial talent for identifying pain points and coming up with solutions to optimize the UX, or business logic of a site. To be able to perform in the role it is essential that you have a passion for constantly improving never settling with as-is and always striving towards something even better. You must be great at making the complex simple and understandable. You have a creative analytical mindset, and you can find insights from massive and diverse data sets. Last, but not least, you can communicate these insights to non-analyst functions. You communicate fluently in English.
