We are a new breed of digital agency uniquely designed to help business leaders succeed in this new digital economy and for that, we need a Marketing Manager for our Danish office, who knows the importance of an outstanding reputation and constant lead generation.
So, if you thrive as Marketing’s equivalent of a Swiss army knife, working together with local and global colleagues, cross-functional teams and not least our eager Sales team, to create and execute the most impactful marketing strategies and plans, you might be the one for us.
Your days will be diverse. Some days you might spend most of your time in strategy meetings, others handling campaigns, but most of the time you’ll probably find yourself with multiple tabs open at once, going back and forth between planning, executing and guiding.
Cross Channel Campaigns
You will be responsible for every part of all marketing campaigns; from planning, developing, executing and on to evaluation. This is of course something you do with ease across several channels including website, social media, blog and video. Most of the time you will not be doing this alone and it will therefore also be your job to manage timelines, deadlines, content approvals, etc. for everyone involved.
You will be working closely with the local account and new biz team to create Go-to-Market strategies within our focus verticals. We have an account based marketing approach and everything we do is focused on creating awareness and drive leads through the funnel within targeted accounts. It’s the same approach in all European markets and we work hand in hand to support this approach.
Physical and virtual events & roundtables
You’re comfortable planning and hosting events – both locally and globally. Most of them you’ll plan and execute together with your European Marketing colleagues, especially when it comes to virtual roundtables and events. We learn from each other and create the event topics together based on our Go-to-Market strategies and global content strategy.
Image & awareness
You know the power of Social Media and know how to keep our channels strong. You’re also aware of how to handle the press and know how to manage the image we portray through local media. You will be the one who’s responsible for how we look from the outside in. Not only relating to leads and clients but also partners and potential employees.
We work with strong partnerships with our platform partners – again both on a local, regional and global scale. This means events, joint case videos and general strategic alignment, which you would be responsible for maintaining locally and jointly together with the rest of the team.
Rest assured, you’ll have support for all of this. You’ll be part of the European team of Country Marketing Managers, because we truly are one company and One regional marketing team. The team of Country Marketing Managers align, coordinate and not least bounce ideas off each other. We act as one and make sure everyone has the needed support for campaigns, content, PR, Martech, sales enablement, events and partners. Your job will be to strategize regionally with the team and execute locally adapting where needed in close collaboration with our local account and new biz team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
To be able to do all of the above, it’s vital that you thrive in collaborations. Whether it’s globally or locally, with our Sales team or our platform partners, you know that it takes more insights than just your own to get the best possible results.
We therefore prefer candidates who have a proven ability to build robust marketing plans with strong collaboration and influencing skills, in order to provide input and gain support for the priorities.
Likewise, you should have experience using multiple channels and marketing systems as customer acquisition tools to create awareness and leads.
As a manger in a dynamic environment we expect that you’re comfortable taking the lead and making fast decisions - all driven by your passion for Marketing and preferably also the digital realm in general.
We are open to hear from candidates who are already based in Denmark or Sweden. This position is not open to fully remote work or global relocation possibilities, but does offer the opportunity for a hybrid WFH/in-office model for local candidates.
· Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
· 5+ years of marketing experience is a must and experience from Sales/Business development from a digital agency is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English is a must
· Experience in executing lead generation campaigns and/or working for a B2B organization or agency
· Proactive with exceptional time management skills and passion for sales and marketing
