When you apply for a job at Valtech Denmark, you must upload your CV and fill in a custom-built application form. The application form for each job is hand-crafted by our recruitment team to give you the opportunity to showcase the most important parts of your application - from motivation to logistical details, up front, and to provide crucial insight for all parties into the position and your potential match.

Once you have applied for a position, you will receive an automated communication informing you that your application has been received.
We review and evaluate your application, and might contact you for additional information. Selected candidates are then invited for an initial interview, usually with Talent Acquisition and sometimes purely through video, where the focus is on crucial components of the job instead of "tell us about yourself" or "this is who we are".
The structured interview process differs depending on the role but you can expect a further 1-2 rounds after initial contact. We will always specify the exact steps of the hiring process before or during the first interview.
